Who is regis? My name is Regina Ochoa and By Regis is my expression of the food culture I have developed over time working at Michelin starred restaurants in New York City and spending years in Paris France honing my craft in pastry at Le Cordon Bleu. By Regis is how I bring the big city home to my roots in Texas.

Our sweets are inspired by the flavors of Japan. Giving ode to subtle but delicious flavors like soba cha, houjicha and genmaicha. My goal is to bring the excitement of complex flavors from abroad, home to my roots.

Whether it is first flush matcha from Yame, Japan for a Saturday Pop-up or a multi-course private dinner party, every creation is intentional. A curated menu, real ingredients, and the attention to detail you deserve.
